This edition has a tipped-in letter and an advertisement for the book. The letter is a patronage request from the editor, Henry Brown of Newington Butts, "31 Albert Street Newington Butts London Jan 4th 1870 Sir I am the author of the new work upon the Sonnets of Shakespeare, and am seeking a little aid from a few of my Subscribers, to enable me to cover the expenses of my work. being a poor working man now unfortunately out of work, any slight assistance would be most thankfully received, Yours Obediently Henry Brown. C. Walton Esqr".

This edition contains a handwritten poem near the back titled by the writer, “David’s Funeral Elegy over Saul and Jonathan.” Also, the page where the actual lamentation occurs in the text includes a reader’s note which says “How are the mighty fallen, and the weapons of war famished!” These might be the work of a student who was using the book.

Possible owners inscription, "Augustine Birrell / March 10th 1921 / Dies dolorosa - 1915." The reverse of the page includes a handwritten list of other works by the author and some annotations are included in the text. If it is the same Augustine Birrell, he was Chief Secretary for Ireland (1907-1916). The "Dies dolorosa - 1915" might refer to the troubles he experienced that year with World War I, the Irish uprisings and the death of his wife Eleanor. He resigned in 1916 after criticisms of his response to the Irish uprisings.

This volume contains an ownership inscription, "M. Dumas Faucher, 4 Place Bouquerie, Nimes". An M. Dumas Faucher is traceable in other sources as a delegate from the Young Friends of Peace at Nimes. It is possible that this book once belonged to Jacques Dumas-Faucher, a lawyer in Nimes, France who was associated with the peace and education movement.

Abstract
Objective: To assess the attitudes and knowledge of behavioral health technicians (BHTs)
towards opioid overdose management and to assess the effect of online training on opioid
overdose response on BHTs’ attitudes and knowledge, and the confidence to identify and
respond to opioid overdose situations.

Design/Methods: Pre-intervention Opioid Overdose Knowledge Scale (OOKS) and Opioid
Overdose Attitude Scale (OOAS) surveys were administered electronically to five BHTs in
2020. Data obtained were de-identified. Comparisons between responses to pre-and post-surveys questions were carried out using the standardized Wilcoxon signed-rank statistical test(z). This study was conducted in a residential treatment center (RTC) with the institutional review board's approval from Arizona State University. BHTs aged 18 years and above, working at this RTC were included in the study.

Interventions: An online training was provided on opioid overdose response (OOR) and
naloxone administration and on when to refer patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) for
medication-assisted treatment.

Results: Compared to the pre-intervention surveys, the BHTs showed significant improvements
in attitudes on the overall score on the OOAS (mean= 26.4 ± 13.1; 95% CI = 10.1 - 42.7; z =
2.02; p = 0.043) and significant improvement in knowledge on the OOKS (mean= 10.6 ± 6.5;
95% CI = 2.5 – 18.7; z =2.02, p = 0.043).

Conclusions and Relevance: Training BHTs working in an RTC on opioid overdose response is
effective in increasing attitudes and knowledge related to opioid overdose management. opioid
overdose reversal in RTCs.
