David has lived and studied in New Jersey his whole life. Once David graduated from Rutgers University, he pursued work in one of the closest urban cities in his community. He is passionate about his work, poised, bilingual, tenured and considers this his vocation and calling.

These include immigration, economic hardships, parental participation, school safety, school funding and the management of these funds.
